To talk about the role of the arm, it is of course indispensable to its "brother" press arm. The three-in-one flattening feeder first presses the material by the binder arm during operation, and bends the coil in combination with the arm. The material is lifted to a certain position to pass the feeding device, so that the entire conveying process can be smoothed and the previous steps are completed. Therefore, the support arm not only makes the whole feeding process more precise and smooth, but also eliminates the situation that we often encounter scraping and deformation of the edge of the material, because once this happens, it can be adjusted at any time by its adjustment button. So that the material is in the right position.
Three-in-one feeder feeding arm operation steps
1. Firstly raise the high-pressure material arm and lower the support arm to facilitate the material to enter. Press the “Enlarge and Reduce” button on the control panel of the electrical box to adjust the receiving blade to less than the inner diameter of the material.
2. Hang the material safely onto the loading trolley (this should pay attention to the winding direction of the material, the main shaft of the machine is clockwise feeding) and then feed the material into the spindle and close to the inner gear wheel to expand the material. The blade is fixed with material, and then the left and right stopper wheels are knocked down to clamp the material.
3. Lower the pressure arm so that the pressure roller presses the outer ring of the material. The punch feeder feeds the material frame spindle so that the material head is placed in a suitable position and the support arm is raised to hold the material roll, and the binding tape is safely unwound.
4. Enter the leveling machine, put the state of the leveling machine and the material frame into the manual state, and lift the upper roller to make the material easy to enter.
5. Press the pressing arm to press the material, and the supporting arm rises to hold the material. Unwind the coil, jog the "forward rotation" to drive the coil, make the material head close to the inlet, and use the folding head of the leveling machine to bend the material head so that the material head can smoothly enter the feeding roller.
6. Using the power of the material frame to match the “forward rotation” and “reverse rotation” of the material, continuously push the material, and use the folding head of the leveling machine to bend the material to make the material enter the feeding roller. The front belt pulley is pressed, that is, the material is clamped, and the tray arm and the folding head are lowered.
7. After the return of the origin, click the button to make the material pass through the leveling roller and feed it into the feeder. At this point, the machine is ready for automatic feeding.
