Feeder feeding is not in place. Here, the punch feeder is not able to deliver to the designated position when feeding the punching machine. There are many reasons for this problem. For example, the feeding step and the speed setting are incorrect. The pressure of the material roller is not enough, and there are other factors such as foreign matter inside the roller. If the feeder (feeder) fails to feed the material in the actual process, how can we deal with it?
Generally, the feeders produced by the regular enterprises can install the misfeed detection device on the punch feeding device in order to ensure that the customer finds the equipment failure in the first time and reduces the loss caused by the equipment failure, and is used for detecting the feeder in time. The reason why the feeding is not in place and other fault detection is convenient and practical. The following is a brief introduction.
Feeder feeding is not in place detection principle: using the conductivity of the material (iron, copper, stainless steel), the contact sensing device is turned on, and this signal and the cam cycle signal to be detected are input into the PLC, and compared with the contents of the host program, in accordance with the program. Then continue to run, if it does not meet, it will stop suddenly, and at the same time, it will sound and light alarm (TM yellow light), and wait for the operator to confirm the fault and reset the power on.
The detection method of the molded product is aimed at detecting the blown product and eliminating the phenomenon of stacking. The product is detected by discharging once after the completion of one stamping of the progressive die. The discharging is to blow out the product by using a compressed air blowing device in a certain cam cycle, and the product passes through the light curtain to cut off the light curtain signal. During this process, the product (or scrap) must pass through the light curtain. If it is not left in the progressive die through the light curtain, the progressive die will cause damage to the mold or product during the next press. The PLC compares the on/off of the light curtain signal with the cycle of the cam signal, and continues to run according to the host program. If it does not meet the emergency stop, it also emits a sound and light alarm (MY green light), and the operator resets the power after confirming the fault elimination.
